People first, because every day, the “Angels” (as the employees are called) warmly welcome an average of 800 customers.
Each day, nearly 1,500 baguettes are kneaded, shaped, and baked on-site by passionate bakers.
The teams are managed by franchisees who are present, engaged, and invested in their local communities.

Product focus: Every day, care is taken to produce consistently high-quality, “living” products like bread, made with quality flours and natural sourdough.
Signature products include specialties like bulles d’Ange—delicious cream-filled chouquettes—and the ABB (Ange Burger Baguette), a crispy and indulgent sandwich.

Thus, ANGE is the first fair-trade baker in France.
As a member of the CRC (Controlled Reasoned Farming) wheat sector, it is also a supporter of the Agri-Ethics label, which aims to provide fairer compensation for farmers’ work and a better distribution of value.
