From 15 to 22 June, the charity La Cravate Solidaire left its boxes in Paris at Banijay’s. During the whole week, employees had the opportunity to bring clothes of their own.

With 12,5 kg collected, the operation has been successful. Banijay’s President, François de Brugada, gave one of his ties as a symbol. He expressed his pride for the company to be part of this beautiful inclusive project.

La Cravate Solidaire supports people looking for a job, an apprenticeship program or a traineeship. It helps them integrate the professional sphere, by teaching them the company codes, the first one being attending a job interview with quality clothes.

Beyond this, the charity also helps more than 3000 people each year realize their project. In France, 1200 volunteers share their professional know-how and prepare candidates to enter or to get back to the working life.

La Cravate Solidaire represents 70% of success in job interviews, 95% of candidates satisfaction rate and 3000 recycled clothes !

Banijay France is proud of this first partnership with the charity.
