Our Environmental and Social Commitments
Beyond being a global issue, environmental preservation is a responsible approach for LOV Group, both towards its diverse audiences and its employees. The group, a leader in all its markets, serves as an example. Its philosophy: DO, and build a concrete and useful environmental policy. Every idea is valued, and it is the sum total of each individual’s wishes and actions that sets the group on a path forward that is ecological and respectful of the planet.

At LOV Group, CSR is also social, unifying, synonymous with pride and a sense of belonging. Social and societal performance are linked, and all topics are addressed without taboo: gender equality, disability, inclusion, diversity, well-being at work, and community engagement. The group’s ethics are based on respect for its employees and all its stakeholders, and on the attention and care given to society at large.

This philosophy is reflected in all of the group’s structures and coordinated by a CSR manager. The LOV Group and BANIJAY Group endowment funds also help finance long-term initiatives, particularly in the areas of equal opportunities, education, and support for medical research.
